Whole beef tenderloin

Good evening...looking for some advice. I bought a whole beef tenderloin last week (it is cryovacced - sp?) I don't really have time to cook before this weekend, and don't want to freeze it either. Will it be okay to leave as is until the weekend. I don't see any date of the plastic. :ohmy:

As busy as my week is, I'll cook it before I freeze it but I'd sure like to hang on until the weekend... :blush:
