Well after a year of eggin I finally decided to try it. Turned out great and will do it again.

One was Raging River and the other was Jamaican Firewalk. Both from the famous Dizzy Dust Co.

That looks good. Next up is spatchcocked turkey....Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

No more "Beer Can" chicken for me--takes too long---but i inject my Spatchcock Chicken with bitter orange and coat it with "Sam's" poultry seasoning top and bottom and allow it to come to room temps before cooking -- a winner for sure !!!
