First time doing anything with Phileaux Deaux.
Bought some a while back to cook something and forgot about it. Took it out of the freezer and put it in the fridge about two months ago and forgot about it. Rooting through the fridge this morning looking for something to egg.

Plopped some cole slaw on the Phileaux Deaux

Topped with pulled pork and 2 Tbsp of Blues Hog Tennessee Red

On to the rock on the small - I folded two and rolled three

Looked done to me

Topped with a little more BH T-Red

It is light and outstanding - next time more stuffing and will roll all of them. The cabbage makes it like a Q'd spring roll.

Very interesting...sure looks good. I think I too may have some Phileaux Deaux tucked away in the freezer. Will have to see what I can come up with - this looks like a good use to me! :)

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
