Did up Some Butts

Helping out some friends tomorrow, so I decided to cook lunch for them. Got two really good butts from Costco and marinated them overnight in mustard and cajun spices. Cooked at ~325 for 9 hours to 200 degrees. Wrapped in foil and towels and let them sit for an hour in the cooler before pulling.
Ready to cook (a bit blurry - sorry - didn't hold my breath properly when I squeezed the trigger..):

I'm curious about your DigiQ setup. Looks like you only monitored the butt on the bottom. Did you periodically check the temp of the butt on the top? Did you also monitor the temp at the grate? Did both butts come off at the same time? Thanks in advance.

They look GREAT! Looks like you got good smoke into the meat. Did you just coat the outside or did you inject it with "special sauce" as well?
Some of my more flavorsome butts have been done with cooking the butts in the marinade pan. I turn them about half way through. They come out EXTRA spicy that way. I have troubles getting the seasoning all they way in and throughout the meat otherwise. -
The one on the bottom tends to cook faster -- set the temp for ~195 there. Check the one on top with the Thermapen when the bottom is done. Then switch the BBQGru probe to the top one. They always even out, more or less. Never had a bad one so far...
