Riverfest BBQ competition Decatur AL

Went to a Decatur Al Saturday to check out a Comp. I was amazed, well not really, but almost every professional team had at least one BGE and 3/4 of them were also using Stumps smokers. I checked out the Butt Rub rig that I see everywhere here in Tennessee. He pulls a XL BGE on a trailer. Looking at the egg closer I could see multiple cracks along the base and 1/8 inch cracks from the base extending 1/4 up the sides of the egg. I was wondering how well the egg would survive on a trailer in a table.
