Morning Eggheads.

Made some bread last night, it was fantastical. Yes, fantastical. Served with 'sgetti and turkey meat balls. I did not make this in the egg, mainly because i was watching Ryan (7 months old now!!! :woohoo: ) and it was raining. But i thought i'd share anyway. This is Artisan Bread in 5 Mins a Day master recipe. This is the second time i have made this, and it turned out much better than the first. I think the first time i didn't use enough flour.

Baked at 450 in covered DO for approx 20 ish mins, then uncovered for 5 to get nice golden brown crispy crust..

This bread was so good it didn't even need any butter. But i put some on anyways. :lol:

Thanks for looking. I think this was the best bread i've made so far. I know, it would have been better on the egg. :whistle:. Sorry, just didn't have time to egg last night while trying to feed and entertain the boy....

The lighting was kind of bad, sorry for the crumby pics. :woohoo: :lol: :silly:
