Flank Steak Pinwheel

Hey Guys!

I saw this recipe from allrecipes.com so i thought i'd giver' a shot. This is pretty much a pork roulade 'cept with flank steak and a red wine marinade... I liked it, wifey wasn't as impressed.

Pound flank steak flat. Well, flatter than what it was, about 1/2" or less...

Let marinade for 24 hrs. Topped with onions, garlic, bread crumbs, feta cheese, spinash

Seared, rested, then continue to roast for few mins. this is the finished product.

I thought it was pretty good.... Wifey wasn't as pleased. Maybe it's because she doesn't like red wine. Perhaps i should stop making foods that are marinated in it. :huh:

I would make it again. I found it quite tasty. Thanks for looking!
