Soaked overnite,drained,put in da pot with a Hambone and some ham trimmins,added a chopped onion and FCBP.Put on the Egg indirect 300 top off for about 45 minutes,put top on and kept cookin 3.5 hours(total),removed,salted to taste,served.It was TASTEE.Thanks!
