Okay. Speaking up. Had the Egg cooking for about 5 weeks now and have tightened the band nuts once although they really didn't need it.
What needs the double nutting? what else should I be thinking about. I will be using this through the winter.

double nut technique keeps nuts from getting lose but band can still shift a bit so it is wise to check periodically..

as far as egging in the winter.. it is important to wear shoes or your feet get cold.. the egg will be fine at any outside temps you encounter.

if you have a photobucket acct [which apparently has been hacked again] go to 'account' and notice that they insult you by indicating you have "some jr. highschool' education,, there is a privacy option.. if you are not private anyone in whe world with internet access can view and copy your pictures.. while not important to those with food porn only it is important if you have family pictues.. [like my employee who had an album with pictures from the birthing room]
