Do many people use these vacuum marination tools? They sound like good ideas and I saw one being used on Diners Drive-ins and Dives where the guy said he can get the same results as an overnight marinade. the Reveo looks pretty cool but do I need another big kitchen machine...?

They do distribute injections and marinades better and faster. The tumbling action itself helps to tenderize the meat. Do you really need one? Probably not. Would it be nice to have one? Yes indeed.

Why not inject and throw it in the dryer on low heat! :woohoo: Seriously, I don't know about the products you mentioned but the marinator that food saver has works well. So if you already have a food saver then just buy the containers, they will take up less room too!

Don't have a food saver... sounds like the same thing without the tumble... but then I could put the foodsaver in the dryer as you suggested......... hmmmmm

Precisely!
