Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd. -
Notice how that page said absolutely nothing about how the meat should be cooked

You're right, of course, and that's why our favorite restaurant is our local Mexican place with decent food and $2.00 margaritas. Otherwise, we prefer to 'dine' at home.
Got the butcher at H.E.B. to cut me some aged prime ribeyes yesterday. I asked how they were aged (wet) and for how long (21 to 45 days). He said most are probably three to four weeks aged. $13.90 a pound. They looked fresh.
I think I can do a better job on them than most restaurants, and a lot less expensive. Plus, there's the fun part of cooking them myself.
Egging changes everything.

I enjoyed the comment section at the end were one reader is calling for a complete ban on Soy as this nasty stuff is not meant for human consumption and is, in fact, killing everybody.
That got some nice replies...I wonder if the poster is somebody we know? -

I cook, if family and guests like it they clean up.. I rarely touch dirty dishes or pots, etc. -
So I have to ask. What do you have in the egg to raise it the the height of the box. I have been looking for something but just cant find anything.
