typing with one hand as the other is holding a cold beer.... set up my med egg with my woo and lit it... tried to fit my pan on with the woo in there and no go..... OK no biggie.. set the pan on the counter and reached in to grab the woo :blink: duh... flame throwers makes woo's hot

pork tenderloins are the perfect size to hold for a "stupid burn" have three in the freezer so rotating with cold beers. it does not look like much but CRAP!! even to let go of the beer to shift to cap letters :(

Ouch. Dang....3 of four fingers gonna be a little tender for a while. I've nailed my forearms on it several times reaching in to add wood chunks. Forearm skin is purty thin.

My neighbor told me about 1% cortisone creme and a tight band aid for burns. It worked fairly well.

I once grabbed a hot rotisserie.

Aw man, then you got the "glove effect" as well. Glove stays hot as hell even when platesetter is released from grip! BBQers hands are tougher. Nothing like a little scar tissue to dull the pain next time.

mine are pretty tough I dye wool for a living and am in and out of hot water all day. and did dried flowers for 30 years before that hot glue toughens you up fast! my mother just came over and i am walking around with two beers

OK Julie, best home remedy.

Half ice cold water (of just ice), half white vinegar. Into the freezer for 1/2 hour to get it good and cold.

Then soak a rag or paper towel in it to make a cold compress. Apply directly to the burn. Get the compress wet/cold again every 15-20 minutes.

Works wonders in easing pain and makes the burn heal faster.

it is in the works rod thanks. just a tip to future idiots.... if you are carrying two beers and take a drink ...... make sure it is the open one..... it hurts your two front teeth otherwise :(
