Five pound chub from walmart and a three dollar pineapple. :P

I used my jalapeno seeder to carve the chub and I chopped up the pineapple. :P

Here I took my injector apart and used it to core my chub. I went down as far as I could go and stopped. I didn't want to go all the way through.

I cleared the hole out being careful not to go out the side or clear through.

Then I stuffed the hole with fresh pineapple.

DP PH all around.

250 indirect with the spider baking stone and drip pan.

After an hour I raised the temp to 300 for half an hour.

Then I raised the temp to 350 for another 30 min.

I sliced it up hot. Man was this stuff good with the peach wood and DP PH and fresh pineapple.
