First time for indirect on the mini and first time meatloaf. This is the mini-rig from Tom. Cooked at 350 for 160 on the loaf.
This was a hatch meatloaf from Central Market and it was so very good. And a couple of the blueberry sausage.

Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

You were right about that meatloaf. It looks great, but not as good as your helper ;) I'm a sucker for dogs :)

Must have been a mini meatloaf, but looks good. I went to CM yesterday and picked up 5 lbs of hot roasted hatch peppers. Let the games begin.....

Gunner it was 1.65lbs. They sell them in the meat case.
Went home today (Monday) and it was way better after resting in the fridge. You could taste the smoke today and could not Sunday.
