I just ordered the Stoker for my XL egg. Any suggestions on setup/use will be appreciated! It seems pretty straightforward and similar to my pellet pooper, but never hurts to ask.

It is easy.
All I do is plug in the fan, turn on the Stoker start a very small fire in the middle, after a few coals catch, put on plate setter for my long slow cook, place grill on top of four tuna cans to raise the grill a little, put pit probe on grate, shut lid then go into house and set my Pitt temp from my laptop
When temp gets to the temp I set, I put meat in Egg with the meat probes inserted and then I am done until the meat hit my desired setting
Because I load my XL Egg full with lump, chunks and chips,I never have to raise the lid until the meat is done, and this could be 18 hours or longer
