Just wanted to run a poll asking you all, what is your favorite seasoning? One that you would keep on hand for everything. I'm new to the egging, and trying to pick up some good tips.
Thanks!!

Just 1!!! Well, a pinch of salt goes with everything.
My mainstays at this point are Dizzy Pig's Dizzy Dust, and Ragin' River mixes. However, my spice cabinet overflows.
How 'bout 10, for purposes of seasoning/rubbing meats?
Salt, not iodized
Whole black pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Cayenne
Paprika (preferably Spanish smokes, but hot Hungarian is O.K.
Ginger powder
Lemon Grass powder
Mustard flour
Cinnamon -
Kosher salt and a good pepper mill are absolutely crucial. Everything else is just a bonus.

 That's a good point - but as you know we get plenty of that stuff from eating seaweed, including kelp, hijiki, arame, nori, and laver. And, come on, who doesn't eat laver at least once a week? Just typing nori makes my mouth water...
