Stuffed Quail

Took an old favorite of ours, stuffed quail or cornish and played. Used STUFFING OF couscous and quinoa with chutney, scallions and walnuts wrapped with bacon and served with yellow squash, zuccini and onions sauteed.

Ready for the small BGE, 350 indirect, carambola wood (star fruit) , 45 minutes.
