Simple Meal of Odds and Ends

When I get Costco ribeyes, I trim out chunks of fat and have small meat chunks left over, so I vacuum pack and freeze them just for this dish. Cleaned out the vegetable bin...a piece of red pepper, a piece of green pepper, one Roma tomato, and onion wedges. Wished I had mushrooms.

Marinated the beef chunks in Soy Vay Teriyaki for an hour and then threaded all on skewers and brushed the vegetables with olive oil.

Had half a load of lump in the Large fire bowl, grid on top of the fire ring and temp at 400°. Here are the finished kabobs and off the skewers for dinner.

Meat was medium (pink) and very teriyaki.
