Saint Louis Style ribs for dinner today

Just wanted to share a couple pics of the ribs I did today, they turned out pretty well. Used Butt Rub on this batch, and finished them off with a couple coats of Blues Hog.

Lookin mighty fine Groundhog. I'm into Baby Back's these days and loving it. When I have them mastered I need to move on to all the other types of ribs. :cheer:

Mmmmmmmmmmm Mm I love spare ribs and yours look fantastic.

When I do three or more spare ribs I take my trimmed pieces and debone them and have the butcher from where I bought them grind up the meat and then I add sausage seasoning to it and smoke a fatty wrapped in bacon. :woohoo:
Like you if I don't grind up the trimmings I cook them with the ribs and they make wonderful snacks until the ribs are done. :P Tim -
