Thats exactly why I have (2) twenty pound bags of WG that I've been hoarding in my garage for about six months. I bought 10 bags as part of a group pallet buy and saved two as soon as I was aware I had to cook 100 pounds. I have good luck with RO filled up to the spider on a four butt cook but I didnt want to roll the dice with two larges with 6 butts a piece.
