First Cobbler Attempt

The hubby and I decided to make the famous cobbler last night since we had some peaches that needed to be used. We followed the recipe in the BGE cookbook, except substituted whole milk for the buttermilk. We used a basic 12" cast iron skillet sitting on the grate with the plate setter legs up. After about 30 minutes and some serious salivating, the result was FANTASTIC. We can't wait to try this with other fruits!
