We have another Egghead couple attending with us. -
Outstanding! It should be a great time, but I will offer you this advise: don't be shy - get around and talk to the folks. I am not sure about this one, but some of the fest can seem a little cliquish until you walk up, grab a seat and engage. Then it is all good.

Welcome aboard. My wife and I will be up there in Springfield next month also. We will be cooking up a storm. We've been to 3 Okc eggfests and last October in Atlanta. Hope to see and meet everyone.

I'm trying to decide what to cook. I've done pork butt two years in a row (albeit different recipes), so I'm looking at trying something new. Hmmmm.
Gotta a new wing recipe I'm real happy with, but there's a guy that I ran into there last year that makes some of the best wings on the planet, so that might not work.

We are doing ribs and special beef recipe along with some other items. Didn't figure there would be time for butts as I usually keep them on for well over 15 hours. Can't wait to see you guys there.
