Recipe for stuffed green peppers ?

ground pork
ground beef
bread crumbs
yellow bell pepper
red bell pepper
vidalia onion
an egg or two

i always chop my peppers and onions and saute them in a pan until they soften just a bit and wait until they cool and mix with 50/50 beef and pork (or any other percentage depending on taste). i add an egg per pound of beef and bread crumbs to taste and then i stuff and top with bread crumbs. i like to used salt and pepper and some dizzy pig dizzy dust.
