I sent him a copy of the show on Betamax tape.
  • my brother was in the tv industry, and to this day laments the demise of beta. hahaha

he paid a thousand bucks in 1980 for a betamax. we'd watch lettermen's early shows when we got hime from school.

...someone stole the thing in the early 90s or so.

3/4 inch tape... hahaha maybe 1"?

    best good bad movie ever.....

    Couple of votes from me....

    Big Trouble in Little China
Clash of the Titans (the original)
Clash of the Titans (the remake)

I love bad TV and often find myself up at midnight when I meant to be in bed at 10!

I think it was 1", but I may be wrong. Beta had better picture quality, but VHS killed it with length of recording capability.

I'm sticking with my DVR for now.

Fishlessman, speaking of bbq pitmasters I see that the ban on wader felt soles is starting to grow (Vermont, Alaska with plans to ban in Maryland) due to the worries of Didymosphenia geminata. Got your studded rubber sole waders ready?

ive got the studded korkers, i only use them if its icy, they make a real mess of the river, rocks get all scared up. i fish an area that has white crosses on the bank from people not wearing good boots, banning felt will probably cost some lives. wonder what they are going to do with all the birds transporting the rock snot from river to river now that its there

I also miss Betamax :( . It was a far superior format than VHS.
This is the greatest signature EVAR!
  • I bet Myron made more off the show than he did on the entire circuit last year....
  • sure. but he's gotta be careful not to cheapen his brand by appearing on crap.

little late to worry about THAT, isn't it?

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
