I opened my mailbox today to find a rather large box and my first thought was what did I buy that I don't remember now. Turns out Ripnem sent me a box full of pear and apple wood chunks as well as a gallon size ziplock chock full of apple sawdust. Unfortunately it will be a while before I can do any cold smoking, it's hard to keep the temp in the smoker below 80 when its 106 outside. Eggheads are the best, thanks Adam! -RP

    Cool beans!

So... if we all give Adam our addresses..................

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

A very nice gift from Ripnem, way to go Randy.

Had to laugh at the below 80 degree thing, yep, all four of my Eggs will usually read over 100 when not lite.

Have seen my large at about 140, unreal.

Hope all is well on the home front.

    Regards,
