Wow - I used the recipe you posted for pineapple upside cake. Just came out of the oven (I cheated and used the oven) - smells yummy. Will serve soon as I want to enjoy it while it's warm. Thanks again

It was fantastic! I wonder (and will find out) if peaches or pears would work too? I like to fiddle around with recipes - made many flops, and once in a while get lucky. Frank's recipe is a keeper!
