Ingredients (couple chicken breast and nectarines for later)

First the roasted garlic, half the green onions and chicken

Then the broccoli, water chestnuts, snow peas, and corn

Bean sprouts in the mix

Finally the cremini mushrooms and a handful of spinach

All done

The nectarine is outstanding
DPPH and grilled meat down then flipped and added some Splenda brown sugar - mmmmmmmmm
Scoop of vanilla ice cream would have worked but to be honest only incrementally better. -

thank for pics. looks great. I recently got a wok from tom that I have yet to use. you just inspired me!!! does the wok go on the spider during heat up? do you then close dome to reach temp? what temp? thanks for sharing.
