Did some pork loin terriaki style tonight and it was very good. Marinated the 1" meat cubes in soy sauce, beek stock, garlic, garlic powder, cheyene, and cumin for 5 hours prior to cooking. About 12 minutes, direct, at 350 dome. Tummy full...must take nap!
