Molly if you have extra before fall at before 1st frost pick most of the leaf and set your Egg up indirect at 200 pit with smoke. Spread out the leafs on foil or a wire screen better if yo have one till dryed. Great all year long. Down hear mine died back but came back come spring.

Molly now, you have plenty for lots of insalata Capresse, See you have an R2D2 ( Brinkmann ) smoker, used to have one exactly like it...used it so much the inside plates rusted but then I had them welded..eventually gave it away...miss it..... :P
