Pan Fried Sausage in the Jumbo Egg

Pulled the fourteen butts off and still had a nice fire so I decided to pan fry a pound of sausage.
Made a giant patty threw it in the skillet and onto the jumbo egg...
Turned out great.

I am not sure what I would rather have; an egg that large (jumbo) or a skillet with ears.

Those little ashtray skillets are good for cooking a single egg at a time.

Actually it is a little ash try; I cast it myself in shop class back in '75.

The problem with the giant egg is you need a giant grid lifter - the handle on this one is almost an entire tree; I am surprised LR got it done for me.
