Snagged a good size shoulder/butt

Lookie what I snagged the other day, a whole 9 lb.er. I had expected close to $3.00 a lb but when the butcher brought it out the price was reduced as you can see on the label. (all the ones in the case were cut in half so they were lucky to be 4 lbs or so )



Anyway, probably won't Egg it till the first part or so of next week. Will pull it, put in ziplock bags to be given away. I like to see happy people. :laugh:

Hmmm,
What is sliced butt like and do you just use it for sandwiches or cut it thicker like ham slices???
