Pork Steak???

Anyone had any experience with cooking pork steaks on the eggs. Is is a high heat quick cook or a low and slow? Any help or tips would be appreciated. Thanks as always!!!

Well...having spend more than a few years in "The Lou"...when you say "Pork Steak?"...i hear you logged in or not...lol!!
I've cooked a bunch over the years...and truth is, you can cook a great Pork Steak lots of ways!
Of course...if you don't slather them with Maull's, well then they're not real "Pork Steaks" anyway...lol!!

Bottom line...you can hot grill'm...you can slo cooke'm at about 275...or you can sear them and then cook them thru in a BBQ sauce hot tub!

Thats funny, I just did a few tonight for dinnner. I like to prep them the night before with rub then smoke them 250 for 3hrs the next day. Good stuff!
