Morning All:

Nothing like good, simple food...tonight was ham and potatoes...did a couple of ham slices, direct, raised grid at about 375...one with DP Raging River, one with DP Pineapple Head...

Potatoes were Crash Hots again...still one of our favorites...here they are just after putting them on...

and after taking them off with some shredded Asiago melted on top...

Had a little leftover ham for another meal later this week...maybe fried rice with ham...sounds promising!
