Got and early start today and did Cheesey Grits with Scallops and Bacon.
No pics of the bacon but did it on my small CI Fajita pan. Next went the scallops.
Scallops Done
Final Dish - Cheesey Grits with the scallops, bacon, red pepper and onion on top. DAMN this was good!
