Med rare=Pull @ 130 Internal Temp.Let it fest for at LEAST 15 minutes before slicing.IMHO,I would NOT use Beef Tenderloin for Roast Beef Sammys.To each his own. :unsure: :ermm: :blink:

I wouldn't either, as it would be a fabulas slice!

It can dry out easily and be tough. Wrap it in blanched bacon. Blanching the bacon takes the smokey taste out.
