I'm headed to the Denver Eggfest for my 1st Eggfest and picking up my 1st BGE egg...

What accessories should I pick up and more importantly, what should I try out first on the BGE?

I've used offset smokers, gas, and charcoal grills for many decades (more than I want to count or admit) - so I'm up for a complex recipe...

Any suggestions would be great!
