I've already been a lucky winner of the traveling kit - I was just pimping whoever had it now like I was pimped while I had it!

RRP: As Sparky said, Poolmans wife is recovering. Poor Poolman ran around like a chicken with his head cut off...cooking wings, pulled pork, etc...in an attempt to bribe the rehab center staff to give her better care. I think he spent about all 'free' time with her at the center. She was just 'set free' from the center last week. But, rehab continues at home. He'll get to it, no worries...

Hey Ron yes I've had it almost 3 weeks now and would you believe not a single bite on Ebay    Just kidding, yes it's been a little busy but time to get this thing moving. I'll try to get the "mandatory" tossing pics this weekend  and start a new thread for the next lucky winner.
Thanks to Randy (AZRP) for starting this it was fun to read the notes and cards in the original box.
Sorry for the delay look for the embarrassing pics and new thread soon ;)

I'm sorry I posted this at all, Pat - I had no idea and as I tried to explain I was just pimping whomever had it like I too was pimped. Proves once again that threads don't have any humor-meters attached! Sorry!

OK, I don't post on here much, so I don't think that I should be eligible for this kit, BUT...I sure would like to give it a try.

    Who originally supplied the kit?

    Where did they get it?

    Are they still availible? :woohoo:

    How much$?

    Thanks

    BOB
might just make it 2 roaming around...
  • I think you need 500 posts to enter for the drawing. If you want to buy one, probably amazon would have them

Bob, AZRP started it and Little Steven also bought one because he said he never wins anything. :pinch: It's become a fun tradition and really nice to read the notes that everyone has left with the kit. I finally got a chance to play with it a bit tonight so hopefully tomorrow I'll see if it helped or not with the real dough. Worst case is I'll have dough all over the ceiling and walls but no problem as I'm also in charge of all cleanup lately
For anyone interested (500 post minimum) I'll start a thread Sunday morning and carry it through Monday for the lucky folks at the Denver fest to sign up for the drawing. The hard part is keeping the original box what with the gentle hands of our postal workers

That poor pizza kit box has MANY miles on it!!!  Poor thing has been cross the country a few times! It would be nice if we could find a box that is just slightly larger, to preserve the original...What are the actual dimensions of the box Pat?

LOL! Trust me, Pat, but what I added to the list unless it was thrown away by someone subsequently was that "practice pizza crust" will EAT through a simple plastic DVD cover like salt on a slug, so PLEASE keep them separate!

I put the original white box inside a slightly larger box for shipping purposes. Not sure that box is still living. At least an attempt has been made. Maybe another one is in order.

The white box has all the cards and notes on the lid (unless it has filled up) It was fun to read a few. I think I got it 4th.
