thanks for the tip on the comments on the pictures.

this is the first time using the FIREWIRE. After using them I really like them. After your done cooking just grab the probe end which has been out the egg and lift up off the grill. the end is cool and clean up is simply. not bad for $15.00..

in case you were wondering, I mixed breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and caesar dressing with the ground chicken before placed on the firewire..
