BBQ Meat Buying Problem

I have been Qing for 30 plus years and until the XL Egg there was a reason why I would do a BBQ

Since I bought the XL Egg about a year ago I have been buying way too much meat....I now buy meat and then figure out what I am going to do with all of the BBQed meat

It is way too easy doing a Q with the Egg and the Stoker

I now have a whole shoulder in the Egg and it will be ready to take to our office tomorrow for a pulled pork lunch tomorrow

I think it is time for me to start an AA for people like me...it can be called "BBQ Meat Buyer Anonymous"

Are you doing them on an egg? In the oven? Over an open stone on a beach? In pictures you downloaded from previous posts???????

Any chance you can post a picture of you cooking the butts on your EGG? Maybe a real egg sitting on top of your egg in the picture would be the way to show your not posting cuts from previous posts?!?!?? Just saying (there I go again)....... :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

I have been doing the same thing, but have found it easy to give leftovers away. Makes lots of new friends.
