A no knead recipe.

Wonder if it'll be great or not so great. We'll see tomorrow. ;)

Ah, the infamous "Office Max No Knead" technique. ;)

I tried my own dough several times about a year ago, and decided "the juice just wasn't worth the squeeze". Not for me anyway. I can buy it cheap less than a mile from my house.

You are better than me for sure. :)

    Let's try this again.
I don't own one either. This calls for 1/4th tsp yeast to 3 cups flour. Seems like a small amout of yeast. Time will tell.

Looks good so far, Molly. Whatcha gonna put on it?

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

It must be in the air. I did a similar technique last night. I'll post pics when I get home. Turned out great, one of the best pizza's we've done. The recipe was inspired by Wolfgang Puck' recipe for California pizza kitchen.

Well, I guess I need sauce...hahaha. I could do a savory and a dessert pie. Tomorrow I'm home cleaning and cooking. I'll figure it out. Probably something healthy. I'll eat and drink like a queen next weekend. :):)

This was simple. 3 c. flour, 1/4th tsp. yeast, 1 1/2 tsp salt and 1 1/2 c. h2o. Will be interesting for being high altitude.
I would like to know your recipe.

Actually, I'm not sure you DO need sauce. I was going to do this tonight, but it got too late. Tomorrow, I'm doing Pioneer Woman's mozz/prosciutto. No sauce.

Hope it tastes as good as it looks!
