Just use the cherry wood (no foil) and DRY....
If chunks just a couple / if chips no more than a
hand full.

What he said. Cherry chicks are awesome!! For some reason, leftovers seem a bit smokey the next day, but fresh off the grill, can't be beat. You'll just have to eat it all tonight!

I've posted it before. A while back, I marinated the thighs in Goya Criollo (thanks for the suggestion, Molly) and egged 'em with cherry smoke. Delish! The cherry gives great color!
