Hey guys what should be the internal temp of thick cut pork chops for say medium... Thanks in advance.

i had a post on earlier today with some thick cut cooked until 150 the post was with buckboard bacon and chops for the pic

I've found that brining them is a complete win and easy. I use thirdeye's quick light brine. Temp to shoot for is 135. If they go over a bit it is not that big a deal if they have been brined. The process keeps the chops moist.
