Panko encrusted Tilapia

<p />Tonight we had tilapia filets crusted with panko bread crumbs and Dizzy Pig Ragin' River Rub. (Thanks Rumrunner!) I'll post a recipe on my website recipes page later tonight, I hope. Yum![p]TNW

I grilled them on the foil. Lots of oil on the foil and you get a really nice crust on the bottom, with nice browned crumbs on the top.

They are a japaneese style bread crumb, most large grocery stores carry them check the orential section.
