Looking fillet of sole recipe..........

My wife decided to buy some that was on sale and I thought we'd try to grill them this weekend. Any suggestions on how to put them on the grill (i.e.tin foil underneath, pan, etc) and any recipes out there other than lemon juice with salt and pepper.[p]Thanks,

    I some nice grouper filets getting ready to cook. I'm going to do the lemon/pepper/butter thing on one. I have some Dizzy Pig stuff for the other. Old Bay Seasoning? Many grocery store fish rubs are pretty good.[p]CWM

    these were red snapper filets, but you could certainly substitute sole. . .brushed with olive oil and a tossing of dizzy raging river. . .the bed of lemon slices works great for easy turning and no sticking to the grill. .. also adds flavor and moistness. . .[p]DSCN0324.jpg

    mad max beyond eggdome,[p]i still think putting fish on top lemons like is one of the coolest things I've seen. [p]I did some butterfish last night on a cedar plank. i wish I'd seen this pic beforehand so I could have done it on lemon slices.

    hey dude. .. we like the cedar plank as well, but for simple, sweet and moist, you can't beat the lemon slices, and i'd bet they work great for just about any fish . . [p]i talked to woodoggies last night in kansas city. . .sounds like the boys are having a lot of fun. . i figure i'll call them again around 6:00 tonight to get the results of the invitational. .. [p]are you going to atlanta??

    mad max beyond eggdome,[p]yeah, I'm 80 percent sure I'm going to Atlanta. A couple of guys I play volleyball with were thinking of coming along, but now most of them are backing out. [p]If I show, you can bet I'm bringing sausages....[p]so the royal does the judging on a Friday? [p]I saw the newly married Woodoogies last weekend. I gotta tell ya, where that boy is right now, I doubt if he'll notice the contest results. That is one happily married dude. [p]

    if i understand correctly, today they judge the invitational and tomorrow they judge the open. .. for the dizzy boys, that means almost three full days of cooking. .. [p]that's so nice about woodoggies being so happily married. . .yep, he has been on a different astral plain the last couple of months, that's for sure. . .[p]and i look forward to eating your jerked sausage in atlanta :)
