We’re dog sitting for some family, meet Daisy:

And Duke, slippery little sucker got away from us last night, slid out the back door, shot across the backyard & under the fence in about 2 seconds, it all ended well when we found him in the neighbor's yard eating a bug:

As always - very creative, Marc!

    I gotta get another puppy!!

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Duke is the cutest! Actually they both are. I bet your heart stopped when the little guy got out. The chicken looks amazing.

they were boneless thighs pounded out even, dipped in olive oil & seasoned with DP Tsunami Spin, into the muffin pan & filled with left over beechwood smoked sweet italian sausage chopped up, and fresh basil, cooked them for a while (long enough to hold their shape), then removed & left them on for about 15 more minutes to get some color on the bottoms, & topped with mozzarella just long enough to melt, really good & really easy. I like the muffin pan, thanks to whoever came up with that one, every time I try & stuff something it all leaks out, so this works well to keep it all together

yea, we like them, they got Daisy about 4 years ago, she was an only dog, then along came Duke less than a year ago, together they are hysterical. And yes, that was a very tense few minutes when we didn't know where he was, especially since he's only slightly larger than a squirrel so he moves quick & almost disappears in the weeds...

and thanks, the chicken was tasty
