    input. I've decided to go "havsies"... I'll by a used one from CL. Found a basic model for $75, will pick it up this weekend. I figure it's better than buying a brand new one, and KA's seem bullet proof. Hopefully pics of bread and pizza dough soon!

    No Knead Pizza Dough

    3 Cups All Purpose Flour or 2 Cups All Purpose 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour

    1 Tsp IDY instant yeast

    1 1/2 cups cold water

    1 Tsp Salt

    1 Tab Honey

    1 Tab Olive oil.

    Directions

    Add Yeast to Flour & Mix

    Add all other ingredients to water & mix

    add 3/4 of flour to water mixture & strir

    add remainder of flour & strir to get a wet dough

    mist top of dough with olive oil % cover with plastic wrap

    refrigerate for three days ( gluten forms in the dough in the Fridge . )

    allow dough to come to room temp before use

    This will make two large pizzas
