Well yes the rain keeps enhancing the landscape....
what else can I say...... :P

Fired The Mini for some Angus Certified Short Ribs again,

But before, some Spanish Magras: Grated tomatoes with EVOO, garlic, salt, & Jamón Serrano ( Dry cured Spanish Ham) on top of a nice loaf of bread.....practicing for this sunday's Final Soccer game between Spain & Holland

Then the Short Ribs rubbed with with Texas Wild & English Worcestershire Sauce....Seared at 600* & cooked at 380* until they pulled nicely & a medium+, term was achieved

Look at this beauties...........................Deliciosas!!

Rain? What is rain? Haven't seen any here in weeks!! At least I don't have to cut the grass so often. Good lookin' cook though.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Rain is liquid precipitation, as opposed to other kinds of precipitation such as snow, hail and sleet. Rain requires the presence of a thick layer of the atmosphere to have temperatures above the melting point of water near and above the Earth's surface. On Earth, it is the condensation of atmospheric water vapor into drops of water heavy enough to fall, often making it to the surface..........
Michael, imagine all that with some nice short ribs on the egg.........

LOL. Thanks, Beli, for the lesson in meteorology. The ribs are more interesting... and tastier, I'm sure!

-
Damn, Beli. You and your short ribs have me thinking about the weekend.
-
Looks great, Beli. Glad you like the Texas Wild. Good stuff!
Sorry about your rain. We've gotten 3.5" from this latest storm -- not nearly as much as you have, I'm sure. Lately, no matter how much rain we get, Monterrey gets more. It reminds me of the classic statement from one of your presidents ... Calderón, I think.
When the United States catches a cold, Mexico catches pneumonia.
 :(

-
Hey Gary love the Texas Wild rub TKS again, use it on practically anything & the flavour is great. Yeap economically we've had pneumonia for quite a while & we don't seem to find the right vaccine
