Picked up the v rack porky will be popping a squat

Part two to will be posted after I pick him up in the am

Ps notice the pan that will be under the v rack that will serve to capture some of the grease plus we will have the tins under the grate

    Not sure what a tin is, perhaps a misprint. You should have a method to keep the roasting pan lifted off the plate setter, 1 1/2 inch water will work in the beginning. May need to get up in the middle of the night to check the fluid level or the burnt grease will give off a BAD flavor.

    Hoss is pan is rated up to 450 do you think thatbwould be a problem if I am cooking at 220?

    Good point on the non stick I may return for the all stainless one plus it's a little larger
