.....is my beautiful wife, here at home at yesterday's party.....this is the story of my life....surrounded by beautiful women.... :woohoo: :laugh:
It was Espe & Bonita's birthday, here with Valeria singing & dancing the night away.............
..............a beautiful full moon night..................
Prepared a Maple Planked Salmon for snacks with Bigun's great carnivore sauce & taragon (not shown) and two roulades, one Hindu basted in Cider & the other Italian basted in white wine.....here the raws......
.............. with the help of my beautiful Little Chef
Seared at 700* dome, cooked at 400*.....Pulled at 150* internal.........Accompanied with Strawberry Salad, Chile poblano slices with champignons, & two sauces: Mango, Pomegranate, Chipotle & Cherry, Habanero.
A beautiful & enjoyable night for all..............

Hi Beli. I saw that full moon you had over the mountains, only here it was over the Gulf looking towards Mexico. Lovely.
It always looks like such fun at your dinner parties, your friends so obviously enjoy themselves. It's nice you have Valeria's help, and she seems to like helping, too. Not sure about that karoake machine thing, that looks scary~!!!

The night was just perfect & cool after a hot day....a bit noisy for my liking with that horrendous music machine... :laugh:

Faith..... :laugh: as I said in my previous post. that noisy machine was horrendous...could have done without it...Valeria is taking a more active role in the cooking at home she has her Mini & enjoys it a lot...I can just immagine that moon over the sea......I can't make up my mind if I like the sea or the mountains better, but everytime we come back from a sea vacation I sure miss it a lot.
