Healthy: Cedar Planked Salmon, with Mango/Basil/Onion. Rubbed with DP's Raging River
Fast: On The Mini, 350* Dome,ready in 10 minutes since I'm watching the soccer games &
Precise: in order to score with my wife that's what she wanted. :laugh:
The Mini was ready in 15 min....love that Cedar smoke
Ready to go on the egg..............................

Loren fixed again her green salad with lettucce, grapes, pecans & cranberries, grilled green onions with the stalks & Mango/Basil/Diced Onion on top of the Salmon.

That's an easy one México. of course :laugh: ......actually my friend, have studied in both countries...so I can say England was great to improve my culture from -7 to +1 :laugh: & The USA to eat well & make some of my best friends to date.Can't say much about Canada because I've never been there :ohmy: , wish I had some good friend to invite me sometime... :laugh:
